COVID-19 – Essential Information for candidates and clients

Following Government advice on social distancing measures, Traust Australia has decided to restrict all public access to our offices from 5pm, Monday 30 March.

All Traust employees are equipped to either work remotely, or in secure locations as they normally would in the office, so your service will continue as usual, just without face to face contact. This decision has been made in the best interests of you our customers, our employees and the Australian public as a whole. The more we can encourage people to limit physical contact, the more we are doing to help stop the spread of this virus and protect the vulnerable members of our communities.

There are a number of critical industries who urgently require workers at this time and Traust staff continue to work with local employers to source vacancies for our candidates.

Above all else, we want to let you know that we remain here for you at this time, and want to continue supporting you in the safest and most practical way possible.

The best way to get in touch with Traust at this time is to phone 1300 306 311 or email

Media Release

As the COVID-19 situation evolves, Traust continues to monitor and take appropriate actions to maintain the wellbeing of our employees, customers, stakeholders, families and the wider community.

There is no doubt that the current COVID-19 situation poses a significant challenge to Australia, and as concerns about the spread of the virus increase, we’re reaching out to let you know what precautionary measures we have put in place.

Along with our close and continued monitoring of the World Health Organisation, Chief Medical Officer, Federal and State Governments’ guidelines and advice, we have taken the following actions;

  • Reinforced the need for recommended hygiene to help reduce the spread of the COVID-19 virus.
  • Implementing social distancing measures at all sites.
  • Suspended all non-essential travel and group meetings within the organisation.
  • Implementing processes to allow for remote working (working from home), if and when required.
  • Implementation of the Business Continuity and Pandemic Plans.

While the situation is fluid, currently our Traust location is open as per our standard operating hours and will continue to be until we are informed or experience a change in circumstances.

We ask all our clients to follow the advice and instruction from the Australian Government regarding travel, seeking medical advice and isolation procedures.

If you have an appointment to meet with one of our staff, and you have any concerns, please email or phone our office on 1300 306 311.

The current situation is evolving daily and we are facing what is uncharted territory for us all. Traust will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation and implement new measures as required. We will provide further updates as the situation changes.
